- Set the oven to 180ยฐC. If you are using frozen puff pastry, layout 3 sheet to defrost.
- Place Pulled Beef Brisket with Red Wine & Thyme in the microwave for 1-2 minutes
- Remove the Pulled Beef Brisket with Red Wine & Thyme from the microwave ( careful it will be hot) and pour contents into a large bowl. Add panko bread crumbs to the brisket and mixture together.
- Layout the 3 sheet of puff pastry on a flat bench top.
- Add a third of the brisket mixture to each sheet of pastry in line towards the edge that is closet to you. The brisket should also be laid to so that it reaches each side.
- Roll up the pastry with the brisket inside and slice rolled pastry into bit size pieces.
- Place the sausage rolls on baking tray and cook for 30 โ 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
- Once cooked, serve with sauce or relish
Notes
* We have used our Coffee Rubbed Pulled Beef Brisket, however, our other two ready to heat beef briskets can also be used.
