“I love the ritualistic, almost primal, time honoured and highly artful process of slow cooking meats. Whether that’s a campfire in the bush, a barbie on the verandah, or an off-set in the backyard, there’s something so satisfying about investing the time and effort in getting it right, and hearing the “ooohs” and “ahs” of friends and family as they eagerly tuck into a delicious, perfectly cooked beef such as this brisket.

I’m an honest guy, and sometimes whilst we desire the result, we don’t always have the time required to invest in creating it.

There’s no shame in that – that’s where the incredible convenience of this pulled Provenir brisket steps up to the crease!

I love the simplicity of this recipe, as it really allows the amazing flavour of the pastured beef to shine.

Serving Suggestions

Classic Sliders

Just grab some slider or burger buns, slaw, sliced red onion and cucumber pickles for a quick and delicious crowd pleaser – add mayo and cheese if you must!

Beef Ragu

Toss through some freshly cooked pappardelle, top with shaved parmesan and picked parsley, serve with a Greek salad.

May contain sulphates, soy, egg, dairy, fish, crustacea, nuts, tree nuts, peanuts & sesame.

Place pouch in a large pot of simmering water for 10 minutes, remove from pot, open with care, stir and serve.

Provenir grass-fed, beef brisket, red wine sulphur dioxide (220), salt, white pepper, vegetable powders (onion, garlic), thyme. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
