More than simply buying premium stock from top producers, Provenir genuinely partners with farmers who share our passion raising top quality livestock and producing the best quality meat. While each farm is different and management practises vary, dependent on local conditions, all of our farmers raise their livestock naturally.
Cattle are grass-fed on pastures, hay or silage, with access to clean drinking water, shelter and shade. Free to express their natural character, cattle are kept within the family herd, with calves remaining with their mothers for a minimum of six months.
Low stress handling techniques are utilised on farm, ensuring cattle are calm and treated with respect, while there are never any hormones, herd antibiotics or intensive feedlots.
