More than simply buying premium stock from top producers, Provenir genuinely partners with farmers who share our passion raising top quality livestock and producing the best quality meat.
While each farm is different and management practises vary, dependent on local conditions, all of our farmers raise their livestock naturally.
100% Australian, high welfare raised, free range and grass-fed.
Cattle are grass-fed on pastures, hay or silage, with access to clean drinking water, shelter and shade. Free to express their natural character, cattle are kept within the family herd, with calves remaining with their mothers for a minimum of six months.
Low stress handling techniques are utilised on farm, ensuring cattle are calm and treated with respect, while there are never any hormones, herd antibiotics or intensive feedlots.
Provenir is not breed specific, we understand that different cattle are better suited to various conditions and farming models. Our digital provenance platform tells the story of our farmers, so that you can know from where your food comes.

Provenir partners with farmers that share our passion for producing the best quality meat possible.
We personally visit each farm to ensure that it meets our high standards of management and we take the time to ensure that the farmers values are aligned with ours. Each of our farmers are hand selected based on their high welfare farming practices and the quality of livestock they produce.

Provenir operates as an acquisition based model, purchasing and processing grass-fed livestock (currently only cattle) on farm.
We’re currently partnering with farmers in NSW turning off ~200 head of cattle per year, and farmers in Victoria turning off ~20 head of cattle per year. Cattle must be grass-fed and finished to live weights of 450kg+ up to 750kg.
Provenir prefers to support regenerative farming practises.
