I love the simplicity of this recipe, as it really allows the amazing flavour of the pastured beef to shine.
Just grab some slider or burger buns, slaw, sliced red onion and cucumber pickles for a quick and delicious crowd pleaser – add mayo and cheese if you must!
Toss through some freshly cooked pappardelle, top with shaved parmesan and picked parsley, serve with a Greek salad.

Microwave: Tear open packet and microwave for 2 minutes. Stove top: Place pouch in a large pot of simmering water for 10 minutes, remove from pot, open with care, stir and serve.
