What is a meat box subscription?
A meat box subscription is a recurring delivery of carefully selected, ethically sourced meat – cut, packed, and delivered straight to your door.
You choose either one of our curated boxes or you make your own customised box.
On check out – select the frequency you require – every 2, 4 or 6 weeks.

How does the bonus product work?
Well, we reckon our subscription customers should be rewarded for the trust that they place in us to provide their food. So, depending on the value of the subscription you choose – we will give you additional product . . . FOR FREE.
It’s that simple.
- If you choose a subscription between $150 – $200 you receive bonus product to the value of $15 (or greater).
- Choose a subscription of $201 – $250 – receive bonus product to the value of $30.
- And our best value subscription … choose a subscription of more than $250 and we will include bonus product to the value of $45!
A bonus product is included in every box for the life of your subscription.
How does best price guarantee interact with Provenir specials?
We reckon that there’s nothing worse than when you take out a subscription only to see that the company is running specials that you miss out on. Well, at Provenir, we think of our subscription customers are our premier customers, so if we are running a special on a particular cut – and that cut is in your subscription – you get it at the special price. Why should you miss out? And the best part – the special price won’t affect your bonus product status or free shipping status.

Why would Provenir give away free product?
That’s simple – when customers are considering a subscription, we understand that there is a lot of trust that goes into to that decision. Where does the meat come from?
We are still the only truly mobile processor in Australia. Our meat comes from our Provenir farmer partners, who are leading regenerative farmers raising animals with care and respect. Ethical sourcing isn’t a marketing slogan for us – it’s our core company ethos. But we don’t just tell you about our ethical practices – we prove it. Our QR code lets you know the full story of every farm on which we process. Better farming practies make for better meat, full stop.
Our online partners such as Bundarra, The Good Farm Shop, Wonder Pies and Wild Pies have all been selected due to their commitment to producing premium quality products and upholding the same ethics in regards to transparent farming practices. By working together, we can start to build a food system based on doing the right thing, not chasing the highest profit. We’ve done that research for you, and given you a way to buy it all in one place.
How often will I receive my box?
You choose the rhythm: fortnightly, monthly, six weekly. If you require weekly subscriptions, we recommend you set up two fortnightly subscriptions on alternate weeks.
Can I renew early, skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Life changes, freezers fill up, dinner plans evolve – your subscription should keep up. You’re in control at all times. Skip a delivery, pause for a while, or cancel entirely – no guilt, no hoops to jump through.
How do I do this?
RENEW NOW – Within our website go to “account” > “subscriptions” > select your subscription > and click “RENEW NOW” to receive your pack early – you will need to select a delivery date.
CANCEL – Within our website go to “account” > “subscriptions” > select your subscription > click “CANCEL”.

How much notice do I need to provide to change, pause or skip this delivery in my subscription?
If you do want to change your next subscription delivery date, we need to 2 business days notice to ensure that we have enough time to make the changes.
When will the payment be processed through my selected payment method each delivery?
Payment will be deducted from your chosen payment method before we start the packing process. You will be reminded via email that the payment will occur the day prior to payment processing.
Can I customise my box?
Yes. You can swap cuts, tailor preferences, or choose from curated box options designed around different households and cooking styles. We aim for “thoughtfully flexible,” rather than overwhelming. To update your subscription, selection simply add the additional products at check-out to your pre-existing subscription. To remove any products, simply open your subscription and delete the products.
Please note that adding or deleting products will alter the cost of the subscription and may adjust the bonus product status and free shipping status.

How is the meat packaged?
All our meat is vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. It arrives cold, safe, and ready for the fridge or freezer. Your future self will thank you.
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Our meat is a combination of fresh and frozen. All product is labelled with Best Before dates. For specific product details – see below:
- Provenir Beef – Skin Pack Trays > Fresh (Best Before – 21 days)
- Provenir Beef – Cryovac (Larger Cuts) > Fresh (Best Before – 10 days +)
- Provenir Offal > Frozen (Best Before – 6 months)

What if I’m not home for delivery?
No problem. Our packaging is designed to keep your meat at a safe temperature for up to 8 hours after delivery. You don’t need to plan your day around the doorbell.
