A classic Blanc de Blancs style sparkling made from 100% Pyrenees Chardonnay. This elegant sparkling wine is made in the traditional method with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle where it is aged on yeast lees for approximately 2.5 years. The resulting wine has a fine bead, delicate fruit, brioche and a well balanced acid structure. A lovely aperitif or perfect for any celebration.
