1 x 250mL Rosemary Infused Beef Tallow

1 x 250mL Roasted Garlic Infused Beef Tallow

1 x 250mL Ginger & Tumeric Infused Beef Tallow

Our tallow is made from 100% grass-fed grass-finished suet fat. Suet fat is sourced from the kidney region and provides the purest form of beef fat. In our commercial kitchen we gently heat the fat to a liquid stage not exceeding 85C (min temp 75C) and dispensed. Our gentle process ensures that our tallow retains all the goodness that exists in grass-finished tallow.

Best meat I have found delivered to the door no question! 5 star chuck roast and diced beef. $70 worth of bonuses such as porterhouse on the bone, absolute restaurant quality meat in texture and flavour. The way it is processed makes a huge difference and is humane. One can tell from the yellow fat that it truly is grass fed grass finished, for many this is necessary for their health compared to grain fed.
