I’ve only just recently found out about this store, and thought I’d spend the extra money to see if it was any better than the supermarket stuff. The meat didn’t release 10l of water, nor did it shrink to half the size ???? husband is usually on the fence when it comes to roasts, but this one he said he’d look forward to again. Everyone loved it. So will be again!!

Really happy that I’ve finally found an ethical ‘farm to plate’ business. Makes me feel a bit happier about being a carnivore! The animals are less stressed and you can certainly tell that by the soft texture of the meat. I agree with the previous review… no shrinkage when cooking the roast. We managed to get a family dinner and lunch from the roast which is much better value and much more tasty than the supermarket alternative. I also appreciate that you deliver to regional areas.
