Hanger steak is a top quality cut IMO and it is hard to get. This was an excellent beefy, textured, easy to cook and delicious to eat hanger steak. It comes “whole” so recommend cutting down the middle and remove the membrane part in the middle (and use that bit in your beef / bone broth! Full of collagen)
