Get rid of the middle man look around the world there is lots of examples ,,,,that would make it more available for more people for short it’s to expensive here in Australia there is no farmer to build shed (likethe chicken sheds ) and by the food iven if it’s some off product to feed the cows that’s in America in Australia the cows eat grass leave out in the paddocks with all this grass feed grass finish you just trying to ruin our reputation

Superb thick juicy steaks. No need to freeze I salted them, addeda bit of onion and garlic powder, wrapped them in kichen paper and stored them in the fridge. They just got better over the next two weeks !
Plus I froze the bones for my next broth.
