Daisy Creek Shiraz 2020

Winemakers note:
The 2020 Daisy Creek Shiraz is made from 100% Pyrenees fruit. The 2020 vintage was a warm and dry growing season which produced lower yields but the grapes were perfectly ripe with exceptional concentration. The wine was aged on French oak for approximately 12 months and shows flavours and aromas of ripe plum, spice and liquorice. It is unfined and unfiltered with bold tannins and a full bodied palate. As a result, while this wine is beautiful drinking now it will also reward medium to long term cellaring.
