A winning combination of sweet, spice and a slight hint of coffee with a southern style slow 12 hour cooked beef brisket.
Pair with a potato salad, salt-baked sweet potato, pickled anything, soft white bread rolls, and zesty chimichurri.
Corn tortillas with natural yoghurt, cabbage slaw, pickled cucumber, pickled jalapeรฑos, grated cheddar, and a squeeze of lime or lemon juice.

Microwave: Tear open packet and microwave for 2 minutes. Stove top: Place pouch in a large pot of simmering water for 10 minutes, remove from pot, open with care, stir and serve.
