Description
Bundarra hams are individually smoked from true free range Berkshire pigs. Each ham is cured on the bone with a handmade brine of local orange juice, brown sugar and warm spices and then hot smoked – three times – over red gum from local forests. Each ham has lots of porky flavour, great texture, balanced with spice and saltiness. Minimum preservatives, gluten free and individually handmade with lots of love.
Note: To maintain your ham once opened, keep in a cotton bag dampened in fresh water with a tablespoon of vinegar, refresh regularly.
