The best grass-fed beef mince I’ve been able to find. Most comparable supermarket and local butchers’ products are either too lean or have a weird smell/taste to them. This product is “cleaner” and has the perfect fat-to-meat ratio for a great-tasting Bolognese or fried beef mince (if you’re a Carnivore).
