Check out our three beef brisket recipes that are SUPER SIMPLE to make and will hit the spot when it comes to pleasing the whole family.
We’ve selected three, easy-to-follow recipes, including a nacho recipe, a cheesy BBQ bites recipe and a sausage roll recipe for you to try at home.
They all focus on beef brisket, a cut that comes from the breast section of the cow that includes the pectoral muscles. This means it’s full of connective tissue and can be tough, but this can be remedied with long, slow cooking to tenderise the meat.
Traditionally, beef brisket is synonymous with overnight cooking in a smoker or tendering the meat over an 8 hour cooking period.
To cut down on time in the kitchen (a lot!) and make cooking simple, you can use our 2 miunte ready-to-heat brisket range. It includes:
- Coffee rubbed pulled beef brisket, with an intriguing hint of coffee and spices
- Spiced pulled beef brisket, perfect for the easy nacho recipe
- Pulled beef brisket with red wine and thyme, ideal for the sausage rolls
Each of the in the ready-to-heat brisket range has been slow-cooked for hours, drawing out its rich flavour and giving the meat a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Choose grass-fed beef and grass-finished beef
By buying Provenir beef, you are choosing grass-fed beef — the healthier and more ethical choice.
We only sell grass-fed and grass-finished beef because we know that it’s the best way to eat meat. Animals are free to roam just like they would in the wild and eat only grass, making their lifestyle as natural and stress-free as possible.
We don’t use antibiotics or hormones in our meat production — there’s simply no need as free-range, grass-fed cows aren’t raised in crowded spaces where they’re prone to infection, and we don’t hurry the growth process either. This means that the meat on your plate is as healthy and nutritious as it can be.
We also follow the “paddock to plate” way. This is about reducing the distance from the farms where animals are reared to your plate as much as we can. We use our specialised mobile abattoir that go to farms, rather than transporting animals, to minimise stress and food miles.
We don’t buy our beef from abattoirs or wholesale meat suppliers.
We buy livestock direct from local farms where the animals have been raised in a natural environment, fed a healthy diet, and treated humanely. Local farms that raise their animals in this way provide us with the highest quality beef, and we believe that it is important to support these farms.
If you believe in ethical, sustainable and healthy food choices, our grass-fed beef is for you!

Provenir point end brisket is ideal for this recipe, a cut taken from the lower chest containing more fat that dissolves on slow cooking. This creates an awesome flavour, complemented by the sharp feta and creamy cheddar cheese.

Beer-braised brisket*

Cheesy BBQ brisket bites
These tasty bites are packed full of flavour and make the perfect party food. They’re really easy to make too, and you can cut down on prep time by using our ready-to-heat beef brisket range and pre-made puff pastry sheets.

- Top each dough cup with 1 tablespoon Beef Brisket followed by 2 teaspoons cheese and optional jalapeno slice.

- Place the sausage rolls on baking tray and cook for 30 – 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
- Once cooked, serve with sauce or relish
